There are four aspects to avoid cracks in the production process of cemented carbide tools:
1. The thickness of the tool array below the blade should be 1.5 times than the thickness of the blade at least.
2. The blade should be dried during welding (and cannot be over-fired), copper water should flow to the welding surface (that is, there can be no welding).
3. The cooling after welding should be slow. It is best to use the yellow sand to cover up the welded knives and use them after 12 hours.
4. Do not use water cooling during the sharpening process (air cooling is available), do not grind the blade too hot.
