High temperature cemented carbide die
As a typical representative of super hard metal, hard alloy has excellent high temperature resistance and physical stability. It is the first choice for high temperature die material. It is suitable for the use of extreme environmental production and processing. The high temperature cemented carbide flanges required according to customer drawings need to meet the following criteria:
1. the tolerance was 800 C for a long time and no deformation.
2. air cooling, can not burst;
3. precision machining, upper and lower parallel degree <0.003mm.
